Refund Eligibility

• Products with an Expiry Date: You have 2 working days from the date of delivery to request a refund for any product with an expiry date.

• All Other Products: For all other items, you have 3 working days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Conditions for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• In its original condition: The product must not be cracked, damaged, or show any signs of use.

• In its original packaging: The packaging must be intact and match the original packing you received. Any damage or difference in original packaging will make the item non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that products with damaged or different-than-original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process & Charges

1. Refund Request: Once you request a refund and it’s approved, our team will arrange to pick up the product from your home.

2. Delivery Return Charge: A small delivery return charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.

3. Refund Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
